At ANSES Argentina, I worked as a UX designer on the redesign of several key platforms: the
client portal, the intranet, and the public website. My primary focus was to ensure that
these platforms were accessible to a broad range of users, incorporating best practices in
usability and accessibility. We employed various tools throughout the design process, from
wireframing to user testing, ensuring that the solutions were both intuitive and compliant
with accessibility standards.
In addition to improving the user experience for the general public, I collaborated closely
with internal teams to redesign the intranet, making it more functional and user-friendly
for employees. Throughout the project, I worked with stakeholders to align the design with
both technical and business needs, ensuring that the final product was inclusive and met the
diverse needs of its users. My role was to ensure that every design decision reflected a
commitment to accessibility and usability, improving the overall experience for all users.
While I’m unable to showcase everything publicly due to confidentiality, I have a broader
range of work and features that I’ve designed stored locally. These reflect my comprehensive
involvement in shaping the product and refining its functionality to better serve its users.
